1.Project Coordinator:

-Must have solar background

-Manage customers, project deliverables and timelines. Be proactive communicator to customers.

Supervise and execute residential solar installs.

-Serve as the single point of contact for customers during the installation lifecycle

-Manage project deliverables including, permitting with city, project commissioning and startup and customer satisfaction.

-Report daily to upper management 

2. Technical Sales Engineer

1. Communicate with prospective clients, both domestically and internationally, including but not limited to commercial clients in the Middle East, must understand Arabic for clients in UAE and other neighboring countries. 2. Gain understanding of client needs. Coordinate development, engineering, and procurement to formulate custom solar energy solutions for clients. 3. Prepare and present high-level sales presentations to help clients discover and understand company products and services. 4. Prepare and present cost reduction methods and operations improvements to prospective clients. 5. Create, review and present detailed technical system design drawings, concepts, and layouts, breaking down technical aspects of solar panels, optimizers, inverters, and other critical components. 6. Clearly communicate to clients and their technical personnel technical design concepts and high-level system specifications. 7. Prepare any necessary customer deliverables such as equipment or material specifications. 8. Participate in site visits and customer and supplier meetings to support opportunities as required by level of difficulty or scope. 9.Communicate and coordinate with Chinese suppliers for material procurement for related sales. 10. Oversee contracts and ensure projects are completed to company standards. Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction. 11. Study existing and new federal, state, and local guidelines and requirements to ensure compliance. 12. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients. 13. Ensure sales targets are being met. Review costs and sales performances, prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to supervisors. 14. Attend industry and/or trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings. Stay informed on latest trends, news and technology to develop improvements to company services and products.
